    Hi. I have this magazine and yeah, the name Bill Kaye appears like the cover photographer, but It's not true. ALL pictures about EVITA MOVIE are made by David Appleby. This picture is the same cover Evita double CD Original motion Picture Soundtrack and David Appleby appears as Photographer. Later Mario Testino, Steven Meisel and Herb Ritts made them others Evita's look a like photo shoots, but Appleby was the one and only oficial movie photographer.
