    Your not kidding, I've been calling multiple places for over a week and happened to check Borders on the way to work and they had three copies of the one above. It's been a mad hunt!

    My friend found me the 2nd cover! LOL! It was the last 2 they had, and she said they were a little banged up, but she bought them anyway. She probably got them either in Brooklyn, or lower Manhattan.
