For those of you that have sent me e-mails about listing
 the photographer as Herb Ritts instead of Steven Meisel.
I have the Moda issue it plainly credits Herb Ritts as
the photographer , see here at my original blog post.

The Herb Ritts outtakes that are circulating include shots from
this series, also since Steven Meisel is in the photos he
obviously couldn't of taken them.  If you find a website
crediting S. Meisel to this series, they're wrong.

Not 100% on this but from the info
I've found the RS shoot and the Cherish
Video were not done on the same day.
I believe the Cherish Video was shot
early August in Malibu, possibly August 1.
 Best guess is M & Herb were scouting
 locations in LA/Malibu and did the RS
series beforehand.
